List motion templates

Lists the trending motion clips used by Clippie Recast and motion-control video models, in the same order as AI Studio (newest hand-picked uploads first, then by trend). Pass an id as motionTemplateId. Each template says its length and whether Recast accepts it (recastCompatible); offer only those for recast_video.
