Clippie provides AI Powered tools and services to assist users in creating and editing content. The specific features and capabilities of the Services may vary over time. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any aspect of the Services.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Account Creation: To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Access and Availability: We strive to maintain the availability and functionality of our Services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or other purposes.

4. User Conduct

By using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services to distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services, including hacking or unauthorized data access.

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Clippie makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Services for your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clippie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users, and your continued use of the Services after such changes will signify your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., the United Kingdom], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts.

11. Refund Policy

11.1 All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase has been made, Clippie.ai operates under a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds for any of our products or services under any condition once the transaction is complete.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy.

This policy is non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made for reasons such as dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or changes in personal circumstances.

Please review our full refund policy carefully, Clippie AI users are fully responsible for managing their own plan usage.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You are unsatisfied with the service.
  • You no longer require the service.
  • You have already used the service, such as editing a video and downloading it.
  • You are dissatisfied with the features offered or did not find a particular feature you were looking for.
  • You have found another service that you prefer.
  • You have signed up for a Free Trial and you have been charged, despite not using our product. Our payment portal clearly states if you fail to cancel your trial you will be charged at the start of the billing period.
  • You are unhappy with upload or download speeds. Please note that uploading and downloading times depend on your internet connection or your internet service provider (ISP), and are outside of our control. To test your connection speed, you can use https://speedtest.net/ for any UK-based server, where our hosts are located. For further assistance, please contact your ISP. To speed up the process, you may also choose to upload or download via Google Drive or Dropbox instead of directly to your device.
  • You are dissatisfied with the video processing time. In some cases, video processing may take longer due to the need for a full re-encoding to ensure higher quality. For Full HD videos, processing time may take up to half the length of the video. You can reduce the processing time by using videos with lower resolution.
  • You attempted to upload a corrupted or unreadable file. While we do our best to handle even complex files, we cannot guarantee service for files that cannot be opened by their native application due to issues like missing headers or corrupted video streams.

  • The reason for your refund request.
  • The date and time of the issue you experienced.

11.2 Cancellation Process: All subscribers are able to cancel at anytime. You may do this by going to our dashboard and following the steps to cancel your plan.

To Cancel Your Subscription, Follow These Steps:

11.3 Service Renewal: Upon cancelling your plan, the plan will remain active until the billing cycle ends. The subscriber will still have full access to the software during this period.
