One good story, three ways to tell it.
As a Reddit card over gameplay, as a text thread or as a drawn cartoon. Same story, same page, with an AI narrator and captions. Use whichever format suits this one best.
- Story looks45 to choose from
- AI voices125, plus a voice library
- CaptionsIn 100+ languages
A Reddit story, a fake text story and a comic realism drama, plus a clip of the Polished cartoon look.
Pick the format. Then tell the story.
- 1
Choose by the story
Big first line and a long read: the Reddit format. Told in messages: fake texts. Relies on faces and a setting: a drawn cartoon or Comic realism.
- 2
Write your version
Start from your own story, or rewrite a post in your words with names and details changed. The AI writer can also draft from a one-line idea.
- 3
Voice, captions, export
Pick a voice that suits the narrator, style the captions, and export at 1080x1920. Save the settings, and part two comes out looking the same.
Keep the page going. Without getting it flagged.
Can you use real Reddit posts?
A Reddit post belongs to the person who wrote it, and reading it word for word is the kind of reuse platforms are clamping down on. It is also unkind to the person, who may be recognised. The safer habit is to take the shape of a story and write your own: change the names, the jobs and the details, and add your own turn. If you want a specific post, ask its author.
Which format for which story
A rough guide. Test them against your own audience:
- Reddit card over gameplay: AITA posts, confessions and long reads. Clippie’s library has 417 clips to play behind them.
- Fake text thread: Breakups, roommates and scams, where the story is the back and forth. iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram and Tinder styles.
- Polished cartoon: Workplace and family stories where a clean drawn scene helps.
- Comic realism: Weddings, betrayals and anything where the face sells the moment.
Using parts honestly
Splitting a long story into parts can be fair when each part has its own payoff. Promising an ending that never comes earns you angry comments, and comments are all a storytime page has. Keep the voice and captions the same across parts so they read as one story.
All the storytime formats. One plan.
Reddit story editor
A post card read aloud, then the story with captions over gameplay.
Fake text editor
Messages popping in, with a voice for each side of the chat.
Drawn stories
Polished cartoon and Comic realism scenes, one for every line.
Voices with character
125 picked voices, plus a live search of a much larger library.
Frequently asked questions.
Which format should I start with?
Reddit over gameplay is the quickest to make, because the visuals are already there. Drawn stories take longer and stand out more. Try the same story in two formats and watch which one people finish.
Can I paste a Reddit link?
Yes, the Reddit editor takes a post URL or a script. Rewrite the story first if you plan to monetize, because platforms ask for original work.
Do I have to say the story is fictional?
If you present a made-up story as something that really happened, that is your risk with your audience, and platforms have rules on misleading content. Telling viewers it is a dramatization costs little.
Can I keep a recurring narrator?
Yes. Save one voice and caption style as your brand defaults so each new video starts with them.
